Title:    Amendment to Conditional Use Permit #88-3/Inyo Marble & Amendment to Reclamation Plan #88-1/Inyo Marble

Description:   The proposed amendments will clarity the scope of quarrying and reclamation activities on the North Quarry; add a new stockpile area adjacent to the North Quarry; include reclamation for an existing stockpile on Lakeview Claim; and revises the proposed termination date for the Golden Yellow and Inyo Placer Quarries to reflect the actural intent in the existing reclamation plan (RP #88-1).

Status:   The Negative Declaration/CEQA Checklist for the project is currently out for public review and comment.  The public comment period closes on April 14, 2008.
