Title:   Conditional Use Permit #2007-05/Pruett Ballarat, Inc. (formerly CUP #93-10)  & Reclamation Plan #2007-05/Pruett Ballarat, Inc. (formerly RP #93-1)

Description:   The proposed project involves the mining of gold ore from the project located on Patented Mining Claims, by underground methods.  The property consists of steep, rocky hillsides consisting of sparse vegetation.

Status:   The Negative Declaration/CEQA Checklist is currently out for public review and comment.  The public comment period will close on April 14, 2008.
